Deep Forest™ Yoga
A gentle and caring Hatha Yoga lesson in the forest. We stretch, reinforce and balance our body and mind by Hatha Yoga. In Yoga, we listen to our bodies and reshape ourselves to fit into nature. Finally we relax on Yoga mats. The lesson is perfect for everyone, even for beginners and for those who feel stiff. The duration of one session is 90 minutes. Deep Forest™ Relaxation
We walk together into the heart of the forest. We make easy, gentle, yet effective opening movements for the whole body using trees and stones. Finally, we sit down onto the stones and relax the whole body and mind.
Relaxation in the idyllic forest is ideal for anyone who wants to experience the power of nature. The duration of one lesson is 75 minutes. Deep Forest™

Deep Forest™ yoga for athletes
A hard-working athlete may have tension in the body that may be unnoticed, which can cause over-sensation, illness, or pain. When prolonged, the pains can become chronic.
Yoga's versatile movements open, balance and relax the athlete's body. In addition to the muscles and ligaments, the effect of the yogic movements reaches the muscle membranes and goes all the way to the tissue level as far as the heart. As yoga develops bodily knowledge, it helps to recognize tension in the body more easily.
Yoga for athletes is not an exercise, but an exercise for relocation. It is ideal for athletes who want to improve their recovery, increase their bodily knowledge and thus improve their performance through body and mind training. Hours of 90 minutes. For further information and enrollment please refer to About instructor and Registration.
